Free water, coffee and tea. Work from home if you're in the right department and your manager allows you, i.e., likes you enough to take advantage of it, otherwise you're out of luck and really should leave; decent benefits (medical, dental and vision and 6% 401k match).

Svantaggi

Underappreciated; underpaid; lack of communication from management; too many levels of decision makers none of whom actually makes any decisions; lots of finger pointing.; very into customer service pleasing, i.e., the big broker dealers who complain to management rather than protecting the investors.

Vantaggi

Some of the nicest and most helpful people, but fewer as they keep getting laid off or pushed out because of toxic leadership. The mission is a high priority for some. Great place to work for a very short time, then go.

Svantaggi

Poor leadership, constantly changing without taking any time to understand impacts. Decisions only benefit a small group of friends who only respect other former FBI agents and their contributions. Morale is in the gutter and it comes off as intentional. Women are disappearing from management ranks and only tolerated as long as they are agreeable. People get resources based on popularity with the in group so some teams burn out while others have little to do.
