At FINTEC I work as a part-time Recruitment Consultant and I really appreciate flexibility in my working hours which allows me to study as a full time MSc HRM student at the university at the same time. Moreover, at the office hub people are always ready to support each other and share experience / know-how with other team members. I am proud to be a part of the FINTEC recruit team.

I can genuinely say that I do not feel there are any cons in working for FINTEC recruit.

I have a two year old and after working in the demanding legal profession, I was looking for a job to fit around my childcare arrangements. I work from home and my job is as flexible as I want it to be. My hours of work are down to me, but with recruitment being a competitive industry, the more you put in, the more you get out. I enjoy every aspect of my work and the Fintec team are very supportive and encouraging. It's a real team, working together to match people to the perfect role!

In total honesty, I don't feel there are any cons.
