They have the mentality that anyone can do the coding job and instead of you giving the good hike they will hire from outside who will be offered twice package as you were on. Now at this particular point, you will feel insecure and you will go and talk to the manager but with no effort. And when you will start preparing for the interviews you will come to know that a lot has changed in the IT industry and you will curse yourself why you wasted this much time serving the organization where you have: 1. No learning. 2. No career growth. 3. No salary hike. 4. No on-site opportunity. 5. No recognition of your work. That's why only join this organization if you don't want to grow yourself in IT.
