The work load is OUTRAGEOUS! Communication is non-existent, No documentation of Workflows, Policies, Procedures, Work Responsibilities, No training, Low Pay, No positive feedback EVER. They almost try to whip you into submission by not treating you like a person, but a just a warm body that needs to produce. There are only a few people who know what to do so if they leave the company would collapse. It's unfortunate because there are people there with enormous potential but the company will not nurture it.
