The job post was for FIS Global, but I ended up working for CERTEGY instead; didn't find out until training day. The training was incomplete with a trainer who did not know all of the policies and procedures. On top of that, overtime was mandatory, however, you had to fight your coworkers with bids to select optimal OT slots; if you did not manage to get the OT slot of your choice, you were forced to come in on your day off or be written up as a no-call-no-show. Management refused to take escalated calls and would clock out early (often 1-2 hours before the end of their shift).
