The only pro I can think of is that they are aware of issues and in SOME cases will work with you to correct things IF you keep and provide the proper documentation.

I don't even know where to start. The tech is ALWAYS having some sort of glitch, the workload is ridiculous and unnecessary, procedures, processes and training are outdated. To make it into production there's an assessment they prepare you for that is only a snippet of your actual job. The assessment covers old and outdated process so not only do you need to learn the right way to do things, you also must learn what is necessary to pass the assessment. For my line of business, you must read through very user unfriendly and LONG documents, even if you find the relevant info, it was often confusing to interpret. There's little to mostly no support. Your supervisor doesn't help you with your job or job duties, they just keep time. There are constant scheduling errors being ping ponged between you, your supervisor and some 3rd party (company or dept) so you have to incessantly check your time cards regularly, take and keep screenshots just to prove you were present or properly asked for time off, the communication is the worst almost causing me to miss a week's worth of pay while dealing with the death of my mother in training because no one could/would tell me if I was entitled to bereavement benefits while in training. They did end up paying me but because a trainer went out of their way to help me. Not even my own leadership could do what the trainer did and told me I would not get paid despite having inquired well before taking the time off. It was a very stressful situation during a very hard time. I could go on for probably forever. There was someone who quit by writing a 6 page email and I agreed with every single thing with more to add. You have to fill out a form to go to the bathroom....It's wild and I do not recommend AT ALL. The pay was not worth the time or effort my position took. I was miserable in my role and pretty much every single person I started with felt the same. IF they stayed. I think out of the many people in my class, maybe 7 of us made it to 3 months. Most dropped off the first few weeks as a live agent. I seriously don't know how or why people work here. I even had a leader tell me to never become a leader at the company...they'd been there for years.

I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.
