I am talking about Admin(1st), HR (2nd), Finance (3rd). - High level of politics - you can grow tremendously if you are smart enough to settle down with your management line, do personal favors, be a newspaper for internal happenings on the floor, drink alcohol etc. Only personal relations work - No transparency from the management in any decisions - No HR support. HR is literally not present, and an idiot.
