There are some smart and nice people there. Good opportunity for global travel. If you get the right boss, they will empower you and give you wide latitude. Unfortunately, those few good managers will never move up so after a while there is less motivation.

The people are 50+ in age, therefore there are no "new thinkers" to balance the views. Most of the folks in the Norcross office are lifers, doing the same thing for decades. The technology is so dated (seriously COBOL) that it is no wonder they can't find new clients. Very dog-eat-dog environment in that they will eat their own in order to stay. Also almost zero diversity.
