Insecure culture & top heavy management India - Recensione dipendente - Product Manager presso FIS

#1 Work culture in India unit (esp. Pune) is "keep-your-local-boss" happy. #2 Management is largely composed of tenured employees so have myopic view to things/challenges, and don't really have "fresh" view ( outsider] to tackle the challenges. #3 Very laidback work culture & no accounting of productivity so lot of tenured employees at every level from bottom to top thus make things difficult of any newcomer or someone who really wants to "bring the change".
