Growing Company, Very ambitious long term plans

Tended to not listen to employees. The management had very clear goals, but wouldn't listen to the team I was on. I really did have valuable information to share, but was treated like I couldn't possibly know what I was talking about. They made huge changes without considering the impact on individuals on the team.
