For me, Frazer John is something special. Whilst the sales atmosphere and money making is obviously a huge part of what we do, it's a byproduct of the philosophy to exceed the expectations of our clients and candidates that underpins our business. We have a team that cares, an office with its Xbox One, table football and indoor garden/mini golf green that continues to amaze and a chilled out, grown up vibe that is enviable to most in this space. The biggest thing for me? The fact that from the founder down people in the business are principled which means we do recruitment the right way, but also means things like CSR are at the forefront of the operation too. We regularly support local charities with both fundraising events but also donating our time and expertise to help disadvantaged people get a leg up into the world of work.. Whilst only a small part of the adventure it's a defining one for me and defines FJR as a standout organisation.
