I'm extremely shocked how this company is still and running and nobody has put in a major complaint about this startup fixer upper. Departments within HQ located in El Segundo, are completely and utterly a disaster and completely discriminatory. They treat their white employee's YES WHITE from upstairs completely different from downstairs in purchasing and sourcing. They have the most messed up schedules (10-7pm) extreme micromanaging, without process, they make certain employees go to their warehouse in Commerce without even asking whether or not they're able to even make the drive. The pay is extremely low for their high (poor management) expectations. You might as well work at IN N OUT or Chick Fill A for better employee treatment. Fl!p is the most inhumane "company" and shocked major company's such as HUM, YTTP, Pacifica etc are engaging with this horrendous place. BBB desperately need to do an inspection on the extreme poor management and horrendous employee treatments this so called company is running.

The part-time job paid fairly well.

The company culture, in my opinion, was very toxic. What I observed was the owners and several of the other employees would make fun of and talk negatively about customers who were in the store. They would mock customers, which I saw as wrong and extremely unprofessional. I have worked several other retail jobs before this one, but had never experienced anything like this. From my personal experience, it was a very bad experience working there and would not recommend working at this company. Hopefully leadership can make a positive change,
