      Do not join this company or any company name owned by Anshul Abhang. He is a Fraud guy. Never pays salary. He lures people by offering very high package and then makes excuses to not pay the salary. He makes a lot of money by doing fraud businesses in UAE and India. he is absconding in India He owns people a lot of money and frames people by taking SIMs in their Name and then runs away. He is Jailed in Dubai and has many cases against him registered. Do not join the Company Name Iridium Life or any company owned by Anshul Abhang. Your future and life will be ruined forever. His parent are also thief, his mother is jailed also in India. His background has list of thieves and fraud

      I joined the Company in the year 2014. The experience I am getting here is fantastic. My reporting authority Mr. Anshul Abhang Managing Director of the Company is a visionary leader and having bright future plans. He always supported his employees. He is having fighting spirit and he is the best in technical knowledge. Even after an initial struggling phase he stand solid and built the FLUXONIX Empire. The Company is working in cyber security and cyber education which is the need of the time. The future of the Company is bright because of its high growth potential. The management is good and supportive. The Company is offering good pay package and prompt payment. Overall I will recommend to join this Company for better experience and bright future.

      The Company is trusting a lot on its employees which is reflecting as harm for the Company. In past the Company retain few of the employees on humanity ground even without performance which is I think is the negative point of the Company and its growth.
