The C-suite and management lack empathy and the familial values that the organization once prided itself on. Despite having a college degree and years of experience, employees struggle to meet ends with the low wages offered. While there are individuals who genuinely care about the organization and its work, they do not hold influential positions in the organization. The organization's diversity efforts are commendable, but the c-suite and upper management lack diversity, limiting the introduction of new ideas, cultures, and opinions. The c-suite's only interest appears to be their bonuses and compensation, while the hardworking employees receive low wages.
