Good people, family business. There is something that makes you like the company, the people around you even thought you see how inefficient the top management is. Thanks to lack of knowledge in the structure there is a room for getting to know many things about logistic processes etc. It is unique if someone wants to learn and be proactive as long as there are results.

Lack of personnel development. Structure is too wide and top management is not updated about little locations. Considering the Czech platform which is very tiny in comparing to PL structure and size of business. Cut of expenses on wrong places. Reducing employees benefits to make P&L results better. Shading and hiding problems. Lack of communication on strategy etc.. All is kept in the top level of management and not communicated below.
