I worked remote, however most of the people that worked on-site at the Raleigh office were really friendly. Fairly established company, founded in 1984. At the time they were maybe not "the top" IMWS company, but definitely a known name. Unfortunately I was affected during their Covid layoffs when they let go of their remote workforce.
However, from what I remember, the comp plan was good. (Might not be anymore). But at the time the ratio between software dollars to services dollars on new sales was $1/$1-$1.50. (For example, if you close a $350k sale, the services could range from $350-$525K). Also, while I was there we got paid out 10% on Professional Services as well (in addition to the payout for your software part of the deal). Which funny enough, no one explained that to me when I first started working there, (comp plan was not clear at all). So I was pleasantly surprised when I thought I was going to receive a $42k commission check, and I ended up getting paid out the $42k + an additional $35k for the services.

IWMS was clunky back then, but I'm sure now that they've rebranded as workplace management software and probably invested more into their products/solutions that it's a lot better now.
Some of the people in the office could sometimes be really cliquey, which could make you feel like a bit of an outsider while you are there visiting on-site. However a lot of people in the Raleigh office were really great. Shoutout to Wendy (the Office Manager in the front). She was the best!!
