I've been working at fma for 3 years now and when I started the base pay was like most sales jobs kind of low however the commissions were and still are twice as high than the industry standard. I took the job because I knew I was good at sales and I had a big opportunity to make lost of money. The fma team is great and really supportive, with their help and training I became an amazing salesman and a manager and make a six figure salary. The job is not for everybody, its hard work, however if you put the effort in the rewards can be great. Im really happy because this sales job is now my career and in the end i'm paid what i'm worth.
