Don't do it. - Recensione dipendente - Lead Operator presso FMC

The place is dirty and filled with horrible people. Managment doesn't know or handle anything. They are driving this place to the ground. Nothing works as it should. They claim safety is important but don't report incidents or hide things from corporate. They let everyone do whatever they want which includes lying and harassing each other. Leaving due to it being a toxic (literally and figuratively) work environment and completely hostile. They are lawsuit waiting to happen. Oh and they say you get holidays off but they force you to work them anyway. So dont expect to be with family on thanksgiving or christmas. Also, 24/7 in some areas. Money was decent but definitely not worth it. Do not do it. Save yourself and your mental/physical health and avoid this place. They are on their way to shutting down anyway.
