Vantaggi

If you work in the office, you'll get free dinners, free taxi ride home after you've worked yet another 12 hour work day.

Svantaggi

FNZ might be a company success on the outside, but they are well-known for treating their employees like doormats and using them like old sponges.I used to work there in the recent past; I was raked over the hot coals after I put in so much effort for them. The Sr Leadership team are a stereotypical set of "good ole boys" network who get issued private stock in FNZ solely based on how well Adrian likes them. I regularly was forced to work 60 hours a week with no appreciation at all. The company hires a lot of Uni grads and then they work them to death. Morale there is always low, unless you’re one of the few wealthy few who get company private shares and special $ treatment from Adrian Durham. This company might be worth big money now, but the public needs to know that working for them is like the movie, "The Devil's Advocate". Adrian Durham is really angry human being who treats his employees like yesterday's rubbish. The world needs to know this as money isn't everything in life. Right Adrian? Adrian was even caught threatening an employee's life on a group email when the employee refused to work 60-70 hours a week (with no overtime/time in lieu earned) in order to get a high visible project that was failing to get over the line. This place is to be avoid all costs. Don’t like an initial high salary lure you in. They’ll suck the life out of you and you'll certainly never have a work / life balance working for them.

We're sorry to hear about your experience as a former employee of FNZ. Of course, this is not how we want any of colleagues (former or current) to feel, and we encourage anyone feeling the same to reach out to their manager or local HR team. We acknowledge that as a fast-paced growth company, working at FNZ can come with a certain amount of challenge, at times long hours and involves a certain amount of pressure, and this isn't always an environment suited for everyone. However, we do believe that it is highly rewarding for those who seek to challenge themselves, progress their careers and that careers with FNZ open up a significant amount of opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. Our people are our most valuable asset and have always been fundamental to our success. We'd also like to further clarify that the shareholder scheme is not limited to just senior leaders, but includes almost 1,000 diverse employees across all levels of the business. FNZ are proud to be an inclusive organisation and we recognise that diversity, inclusion, and equal access to opportunities are important factors that have led to our success. It is unfortunate that you didn't feel this way during your time with FNZ and we wish you well in your future ventures.

Vantaggi

FNZ has been an incredible company to work for and is being run by the best leadership team you could ask for. We’re experiencing a significant amount of growth and our executive staff is driving the organization to new heights. Over the last couple of years, the entire operating model has been optimized aligning all teams to the vision which has enabled collaboration and makes it enjoyable to go to work.

Svantaggi

We need high performing employees that want to constantly push the needle forward. There’s still many employees that are skating on by…however, the new management team has done a great job filtering out the detractors.

Vantaggi

Fast-paced environment High visibility Supportive peers

Svantaggi

My experience within the CEO Office at FNZ was, unfortunately, the most toxic professional environment I have encountered in my career. While the role offered visibility and proximity to senior leadership, the culture at the top was defined by fear, intimidation, and a profound lack of respect for support staff. Long hours were expected (including nights and weekends), but basic professionalism, appreciation, and empathy were often absent. Communication frequently involved raised voices, public criticism, and reactions disproportionate to the situation. Situations outside of anyone’s control were treated as personal failures. There was little psychological safety, and many employees were reluctant to speak up due to fear of retaliation or career consequences. What was most disappointing was not the workload — it was the tone and treatment. Hard work went unacknowledged. Loyalty was not reciprocated. Requests for reasonable discussion or negotiation were taken personally and met with swift, punitive responses. Several colleagues privately expressed similar concerns, but few felt safe voicing them openly. There are talented and hardworking people at FNZ, and the firm has significant potential. However, until leadership models respect, emotional intelligence, and accountability, turnover and morale challenges will likely persist.
