1. Unrealistic Expectations- Everyone just want numbers and expects that employees have some magic wands to produce unrealistic numbers in no time. 2. Micromanagent and Reporting- After those unrealistic Expectations they will always ask status for every hour and also want you to fill countless excels and reports that instead of doing your real work you'll be more equipped with excels and things. 3. Forced extensions of working hours and weekend supports - You will be regularly asked to extend working hours and have no work life Balance. On time of hiring it will be mentioned as voluntarily but actually it's not. 4. Appraisals - After all that there would be no raise. There was no Appraisal for most of the employee for all the hard work 5. Job Security - Sometimes there are random layoffs without any specific reasons with Hiring still running side by side 6. Incentives Fraud - There are highly promised Incentives for weekend supports. For few projects it gets delivered but for some projects it has not been provided fore more than 2 years and is now denied. 7. Growth and Learning- There is no growth or learning in the organization. 8. Working Structure- The structure is always to provide numbers to upper management and quality work is never supported. It's always deliver numbers and quantity. No focus on quality. Always quantity over quality

We’re experiencing a significant amount of growth and our executive staff is driving the organization to new heights. Over the last couple of years, the entire operating model has been optimized aligning all teams to the vision which has enabled collaboration and makes it enjoyable to go to work.

We need high performing employees that want to constantly push the needle forward. There’s still many employees that are skating on by…however, the new management team has done a great job filtering out the detractors.

My experience within the CEO Office at FNZ was, unfortunately, the most toxic professional environment I have encountered in my career. While the role offered visibility and proximity to senior leadership, the culture at the top was defined by fear, intimidation, and a profound lack of respect for support staff. Long hours were expected (including nights and weekends), but basic professionalism, appreciation, and empathy were often absent. Communication frequently involved raised voices, public criticism, and reactions disproportionate to the situation. Situations outside of anyone’s control were treated as personal failures. There was little psychological safety, and many employees were reluctant to speak up due to fear of retaliation or career consequences. What was most disappointing was not the workload — it was the tone and treatment. Hard work went unacknowledged. Loyalty was not reciprocated. Requests for reasonable discussion or negotiation were taken personally and met with swift, punitive responses. Several colleagues privately expressed similar concerns, but few felt safe voicing them openly. There are talented and hardworking people at FNZ, and the firm has significant potential. However, until leadership models respect, emotional intelligence, and accountability, turnover and morale challenges will likely persist.
