Vantaggi

Good trainings and tech available. A great place to get your feet wet but if you want to make a livable income knocking doors you'll need to spread your wings beyond FOR

Svantaggi

Most sales reps don't stay longer than 6 months and the company doesn't pay out commissions owed to employees who are owed. By doing this the company capitalizes on a constant churn of talent in and out the door. Also, the compensation is low compared to other solar companies even though their customer facing prices are higher than average. IF you decide to work here just know what youre getting yourself into.

Vantaggi

None at all besides knowledgeable “mentors” and decent culture.

Svantaggi

They have one sales person that has been there 10 years. They will dangle her in front of your face like a carrot for you to believe you can make as much as them. Then why has no one else been successful here despite hiring a group of 3-4 trainees every two weeks ? No one capable of expert sales skills would work at a place like this. You will pay a lot of taxes at the end of year, pay for 2-3 tanks of gas every week, put a ton of miles on your vehicle, and get paid reallyyy poor money. You will get screwed. They boost the reviews on here and the customers NEVER follow up after meeting once they realize that they can get a better price in this crazily saturated market. You only have the option to take advantage of the customer that day. You’ll have a ton of people waste your time too by just wanting the check up so they can hire a cheaper contractor after you present them the check up results. This company relys on a constant flow of talent to turn and burn. No one stays longer than a few months so expect no sales people to be succeeding or be present when you get hired. Don’t let them manipulate you into thinking this is a real opportunity. The owners are the only ones making money here besides the only veteran salesperson who they use to motivate you to stick with the company until you finally become disillusioned. 80-200k is nowhere near possible, divide that by four before you deduct gas, mileage and taxes. Got paid more when I was 15 working at k mart. Also working in 200 degree attics sucks in phoenix.
