I've been at other companies and this is by far my favorite. The culture is very good and there is a purpose outside of financials to what we do. I feel appreciated and impactful within the company. I love my boss and coworkers!

There are ebbs and flows in the work. Leadership seems aware though and tries to optimize workloads through teaming.
This is currently one of the best places to work. There have been numerous changes to leadership over the last 2 years and the end results are really showing. There is focus on company culture and caring for individuals. The focus is on making a difference, with the belief that financial rewards will follow "doing good". That is not to say that financial and company interests are ignored; the value of these is appropriately incorporated into decisions. The company has improved internal communications and team approach to be superior to many competitors and this is showing through not only in company culture, but in end results with some of the best support and partnering with clients based on internal teams functioning well. It is very obvious in the lack of turnover of employees that this is company is a desirable place to be.

There are always areas for improvement; however overall things are pretty good at this point. The pharmaceutical agency arena is know for the ebbs and flows of work and this at times means more or less work which both have their positive and negative aspects. I do feel leadership takes this into account and tries to assist when things get heavy, but they do not go out and hire too many new people for a flow which then leads to layoffs during ebbs. Consequently there is good job security, but sometimes it also means increases in work above 40 hours a week.
