Hard to work cause of polish workers putting you in slave conditions so they can get the bonus for overfulfillment of the task. Basically the amount of work that should be done in working shift keeps increasing every few month because they overfulfill it all the time. Polish workers are in control of machines only pressing buttons on machine and all the hard work with the wood is for ukrainians. And all the bonus that they get is 70-80$ a month but because they dont have to do anything for it but setup the speed of machine they go for it.
