Toxic and racist and sexist environment. I have never seen something like that. Some directors and HR protecting bullies. Situations are affecting women, foreigners, people of color and sometimes customers. If you are not fluent in Dutch, don't go there! Always problems with contracts and promises. You will start working and always something will be off with your contract and payments. Be sure that you have each word and agreement written well on paper. It has to be clear, because if there is any word that you can interpreted in different way, they will use it against you. Especially in Sales department. The worst HR ever! They will always go against you. And if you are to noisy and not following their toxic rules, they will find a way to fire you. All people who wonted to do something good and complaining, they were recognized as conflictive and they were fired.
