The colleagues on your shift are great people and for the most part everyone in the client support team is trying to help each other.

Upper management is horrendous. Company keeps getting rid of staff at the bottom doing work to hire upper management who just send orders down. Support is stretched too thin with the team at breaking point. The company used to feel like management cared but now you barely hear from them other than to say no pay rises, we are taking away this benefit, we are losing money or you need to work harder as a team. There is no progression anymore. No training given especially when new software keeps being dropped on us without us knowing. Hand overs of projects are terrible. Feels like the ship is going down.

Hard to say but leadership and growth are not pros.

In 5 years there has been no guidance from anyone that cares about the stuff Fortna does. Most people don’t try to help anyone, and tons of people have left because they are made to feel disposable. If you mess up it’s your fault, and you manager will not own up to giving you bad direction. The place kinda sets people up to fail. Some people care but most of them don’t. Company is not working well. Both companies seemed to have lied and the one that did the best won, but the one that didn’t had a name that stayed.
