Upper management is horrendous. Company keeps getting rid of staff at the bottom doing work to hire upper management who just send orders down. Support is stretched too thin with the team at breaking point. The company used to feel like management cared but now you barely hear from them other than to say no pay rises, we are taking away this benefit, we are losing money or you need to work harder as a team. There is no progression anymore. No training given especially when new software keeps being dropped on us without us knowing. Hand overs of projects are terrible. Feels like the ship is going down.
