Good benefits, A few good people

Management is mainly men so if you're a woman expect to be treated as less than. Harassment and reports of harassment are a punchline to pretty high-up managers. Also don't expect to be treated fairly if you're injured. HR is willing to outright lie but not the best at covering their tracks with the same readiness.
