-Micromanaging to the max and senior managers who have no skills or discipline. -No 13th month aka AWS -Certain HODs leave early and report to work very late. Then say no time to speak to you delaying your output. -Gaslights you (certain managers) Poor HR benefits -Blames you for everything even though it is not within your control. -HODs have their own internal group chat to gossip about employees. -They will increase price 20 to 40% because EU management says so but w/o proper rationale and then blame poor sales performance employees and cut your benefits lol -Wants to be agile but EU and India counterparts take weeks for a simple reply because too much holidays and leave for overseas counterparts and no interim. - Wants you to go for skills upgrade courses but rejects you all the time until you propose something they like.
