I had the opportunity to work at Fotile Indonesia, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. The company's work culture is marred by nepotism and favoritism, which predominantly stems from the managerial level positions. It's disheartening to witness how these issues have a detrimental impact on the overall work environment. Additionally, the drama among employees is exacerbated by the HR department itself. It appears that HR is either unable or unwilling to address the underlying issues related to nepotism and favoritism. This lack of action from HR only serves to further divide the workforce and intensify workplace tensions.

It was overall good experience to work here for several months. There has been 2-3 weeks training and most of work the instruction was clear. Could be Challenge in the first 1-2 month, but learns a lot and people are pretty friendly here. They offer some good team building activities and lot of fun people here.

Svantaggi

Workload and complexity is moderate to high level. Sometimes got urgent task to deal with.
