This approach created a high-pressure work environment, as employees were frequently monitored and directed in minute detail. Additionally, there seemed to be a disconnect between the management team and the actual needs and realities of the finance sector. This sometimes resulted in decisions and directives that did not align well with best practices in the field. The gap in industry-specific knowledge among some managers was a noticeable concern. Process efficiency was another area that needed attention. Many established processes did not function optimally, requiring constant and immediate revisions. While the need for adaptability in business is understood, the expectation to make significant improvements almost instantaneously, often based solely on a manager's perspective, was a challenging aspect of the job.
