Interesting work and customers in an amazingly growing business. Large opportunity for growth. Very open to remote office work and maternity leave.

Thinking in silos. Departments don't communicate with each other and blame will be shoved from one side to the other. "This is not my job! Ask someone else!" Everybody is focused only on their daily work. No innovation or outside thinking. When you come up with new ideas they will be talked down. There is no strategy. The vision the management comes up with is crude and changes every half year. There is no consistency in focus.

No defined company culture; HR is practically invisible and only involved when terminating employees Internal projects often stalled by arbitrary rules and unclear decision-making processes Leadership is resistant to adopting modern technologies or investing in long-term innovation Compensation is based on location rather than performance; raises and bonuses were promised but never delivered Little to no support for employee growth or strategic partnerships
