      Good staff Product is ok The only location that is regarded is the German office, they could careless about the other offices.

      Absolutely horrible company I have ever worked for, there is no good work life balance, you work all hours of the day , night and weekends too. Management is the worst that I have ever encountered, if you are strong willed, they will not like you. The company is not inclusive of others and it’s sad in this day and age.

However, I am sorry to hear about your negative experience working here at FRAMOS. We try our best to ensure a good work-life balance and flexibility in working hours. We encourage our employees to give us feedback through their managers and employee surveys, so we can continue to learn and improve the way we work. Seeing our last staff survey results we just published, more than 94% of FRAMOSians are proud to work for FRAMOS and more than 73% would recommend FRAMOS as an employer. We welcome all the suggestions and ideas to continually improve every employee's experience.       No defined company culture; HR is practically invisible and only involved when terminating employees Internal projects often stalled by arbitrary rules and unclear decision-making processes Leadership is resistant to adopting modern technologies or investing in long-term innovation Compensation is based on location rather than performance; raises and bonuses were promised but never delivered Little to no support for employee growth or strategic partnerships
