Great owners, nice when they interview you. A lot of promises during the interview

They over work you, gives you a lot of responsibility and it goes unnoticed. But they have a few people with only limited duties and they get all the praise. Don’t expect a raise. When they interview you they tell you they want their workers to be happy at home. Well you won’t be happy at home if you work here. Bc they want you to put in all of your time at work. And if you tell them you are overwhelmed they say “then put in more hours and be more efficient “
