New owners are great! They are working on changing things so our operation runs better. They are very technology forward, meaning they are implementing new systems to make the company better.

Can't think of a con.

There is good comrade at each facility.

Benefits are not good. Pay is not good. Leadership would rather let someone go then to train them. This is so they are able to fill those positions and pay much lower (already VERY low wages) rates.
