Thank you for your review. We agree with you that our staff is great and work hard, both supporting our employees in the field and supporting our customers in their missions. Although we strive to be the best in all we do, we acknowledge that everything (and everyone) can't always meet everyone's needs and expectations. Unfortunately, there are times when personalities clash and, in a corporate environment, policies and changes can feel more personal than intended. We offer many communication channels, including an anonymous annual employee satisfaction survey, for employees to provide this type of feedback and any recommendations for improvement.
