Awful - Recensione dipendente - Quality Analyst presso FSC Edge

No dress code! People wear incredibly inappropriate clothing (see through clothing, actual pajamas, shirts that show a females nipples, etc. Very strict attendance policy, no clear job expectations. No one is ever on the same page when it comes to communication. Very strict break/lunch policy. They don’t ever seem to give a hoot about their employees. Worst place I’ve ever worked. They never seem to promote within. They always hire Mr and mrs outside hire. Benefits are expensive and pay is not even comparable to other places in their field. You could make more money working as a greeter at Walmart. There is a very extensive government background check and interview with an FBI agent that does everything to roughly interrogate you and non disclosure agreements that are irrelevant for a very mediocre small startup company that has awful management. Job isn’t challenging and managers are very apathetic and under qualified for their positions. Also the contracted employees make 4 more dollars an hour than the actual employees of FSC. In the end no one really cares and neither do the employees bc they are following the example that management has set.
