      No pros. Its worst to work here

      I joined as fresher and was thrown in the field next day itself without any training of the software. The manager was worst in nature. No supportive staff, work like machine and get firing. They just want numbers nothing else. Toxic work culture should never join this firm.

      It is a small company.

      Management shows favoritism and no one takes action even though their employees let them know what the problems are in the processes taking place. There's too much drama and gossip going on, some getting away with it and others that are dealt sanction because of it.
