Even though I am a positive and professional person at all times. This company has made me break that long standing tradition. I am posting this to warn any decent hard-working person to avoid this outfit all together. You will regret the day that you get hired about one month while working for them. The wolves in sheep clothing will rear their heads in more ways than one quickly. 1. Workdays - General Managers & Operations Manager. EXPECT to work 10-12hrs a day and receive those constant 3:00 am calls in the morning daily. Upon hiring you will be told that you will work a normal week, but you WILL be committed to seven days a week. While the corporate group will work the typical standard Monday - Friday, off every weekend. Plan to have NO SUPPORT over the weekend at all. 2. What I have learned? - This is the type of company to not to work for. Praise you up front, but stab you in the back with fellow employees. 3. Workplace Culture - Hourly .There are a lot of good employees at most workstations. But this place just breeds incompetence at all levels. You are expected to work miracles with constantly broken equipment. Almost all of the new people hired quit with in the first month. Do to inorganization at all levels and there is NO EFFORT to fix it at all levels. Most managers have a seniority rate below 2-3 yrs. General Mangers - I have seen a lot of good managers leave this company. Do to being be severely overworked and no support. It is very difficult to get any time off. On average they work 24 days straight without any break, 7 days a week. Then when they are off the company will call them endlessly on the off days. Training - Expect minimal training and be expected to go 100 mph straight out of the gate. You will be scheduled to work without a projected day off. The work / home / play balance is non existent. This company needs a hard look at itself in order to improve and KEEP people. Pros - Place to get your foot in the door and network with the big airlines. Cons - Everything!
