Lots of room for growth. If you wait it out, you can be successful. Nice benefit package. Given autonomy in work. Nice stock option purchase plan for employees. Reasonable hours as compared to other consulting firms. Nice paid time off package.

Svantaggi

Status quo in promotion process. Artifical time barriers between levels. Cost of living index not reflected in pay across different geographic regions. Very differnt expectation across groups within segements. Pay is less as compared to counterparts in other consulting firms. Salary benchmarked against accounting firms, but job description very different from that of an "accountant" at big 4 firm. Some people pushed along becasue of time at firm rather than own merit.
