      FTI has a great culture that engages all of its employees. Please watch the 4C's video on the FTI webpage. Not a Gimmick!!! I've worked at companies in the past that stated all these values that they had, however they did not practice any of them. FTI is not one of those companies. FTI truly cares about its community, customers and employees. The work/life balance is 2nd to none. The onboarding process really brings you and your family into the FTI family. The CEO takes time out of his busy schedule every month to talk to his employees about any company happenings and openly request input from the employees.

      Working with federal standards and compliance requirements can sometimes be time-consuming and highly detailed. Project priorities may shift based on client needs, requiring flexibility and quick adjustments. Some processes can feel structured due to government program expectations.
