1) Competitive compensation and benefits. 2) Easy location with a reverse commute. 3) Flexible hours and parent friendly schedules. 4) Big focus on work life balance. 4) Talented coworkers.

1) Limited clients with one client providing about 70% to 80% of revenue. You're always living in fear of this one client dropping us. 2) Minimal feedback from management. Yes they offer year end performance reviews. However, little to no feedback is giving on a day to day basis. 3) A thick layer of middle managers with no real authority or ownership over projects. Since the client pool is so small everything must be given approval by one of two owners. 4) Excessive risk averse culture. 5) High turnover (at least in my tenure).
