They took care of us during the pandemic, both financially and emotionally. They constantly had new programs, initiatives, and work they were completing to accommodate us, while still getting important work done. Folks in the company were close.

At the time, there was not that much diversity in leadership, despite their entire staff being people of color. Today, it looks as though they've addressed that issue
