Fake. False promises, fake self-promotion - Recensione dipendente - VFX Artist presso FX3X

Promoting high salaries, when in reality only 5-6 out of 300 employees are getting paid a lot more then the other 295, the salary is simply average for this country. Absolutely no care for the artists. False promises of bonuses, overtime pay etc. Nothing from that is true. There was one bonus in my 7 year working time. We worked three 70+ hour weeks (no weekend, so around 20 days connected with no rest), and the bonus was around 60 euro and 4 pizzas to split for 70 people. Absolute garbage. Has no HR. CEO calculates your salary based on % of performance. You have to split those % with your colleagues per every shot. Usually there are problems and fights and conflicts between the team when this is discussed, especially because those percents end up creating your salary. You don't have anywhere to go from here. It's the only VFX company in the country, so it's a monopoly basically, and if you like it, okay, if you don't like it - Bye bye. You can't progress in the field, you have 0 opportunities for that. You will never become a supervisor or something like that, because they are like politicians stuck to a chair. They don't get any "performance review" or something like that, so you have absolutely no chance of ever getting there, no matter how hard you work.
