The team values loyalty to the company. This company places great emphasis on employee loyalty; however, it is ironic that the company does not show corresponding respect for its employees. The team experiences a very high turnover rate. There is a Greek manager who clearly discriminates against non-white individuals and treats his subordinates with great disrespect. One female employee, despite her excellent performance, was fired one week after honestly disclosing her pregnancy. This may be the way such companies operate, but the expectation of employee loyalty alongside this treatment is clearly contradictory.
