FXI has a great community, and I have felt very included from the first day that I started working there. The job is also very hands on, which helps to keep you engaged as you work there. There are many opportunities to learn, and there is a lot of freedom to do what you want to do.

There are times as a Co-Op where you can run out of work that is at a level that you can do, and there isn't a great way to counter it. It also felt like the onboarding process was very unstructured, and that made it difficult to originally learn and find out what it was that I should be doing.

Watching your bosses talk in the break room for hours then leave early.

.Salary workers do not usually work over 40 hours .Hourly workers are basically forced to be part time. .No raises for the past two years. .fired a bunch of people and made Hourly employees do more work for same pay while salary workers just chill in their office.
