The team is very encouraging towards creativity and learning. Team bonding is really great once you're acclimatised to the workplace. Lots to learn there in terms of creative usage of fabrics for garments.

Works best as a place to learn & upskill for a while. Designers sometimes have to stay back beyond working hours to finish projects for overdue deadlines. Merchandisers often have to make/answer calls late at night to keep track of sourced fabrics and other materials. Odd Saturdays working.

Some of the pros of the company: Teamwork Respectful Colleagues Growth in terms of corporate culture, like if you want to switch to some other department because you like the work then it can be flexible.

Some of the issues I faced was: Biased towards one or two departments (esp. marketing and business teams) Very school like behavior Will expect you to work beyond your role Some are over working and some are over chilling leaving everything on their subordinates. Toxic culture Control issues Lack of acknowledgement of your work Marketing/Business teams or brand heads taking all the credit Very bad salary growth Zero incentives for your performance A little judgmental and toxic senior department Senior management never accepting their shortcomings and put everything on their teammates/subordinates. Very insecure people Lack of clear cut communication among departments Poor infrastructure especially people operating from non-corporate office building, lack of basic hygiene and cleanliness Dumping their own ideas and forceful execution even when it can't be done or isn't required done without
