Though you are given a lot of exposure to the finance industry, you are only involved with a very small part. Though the starting salary is very high and you are reviewed every 6 months, there are no pay jumps if you end up receiving a promotion. If you are ambitious, you better be interested in a career in sales. If not, this job can feel like a dead end.
