I enjoyed my time at Factra. The work environment was supportive, and I genuinely enjoyed coming in each day. My manager was approachable, fair. There was a strong team spirit among colleagues.

No issues during my time there. Like any job, there were occasional busy periods - nothing outside of what you’d expect in a production setting.
