      We really appreciate the feedback you have provided. We do strive to be competitive in our compensation and are proud of our average tenure of 13.75 years for the Software Engineers working at FairCom showing that we truly try to treat our employees in a way where they will want to stay for years to come. As per our policy, we review employee compensation bi-annually, and we plan on taking this feedback to be discussed on the next bi-annual discussion at the first of the year.
