No communication whatsoever. Management doesn't know anything, your job description is not what you're solely responsible for. Whatever department you work in, majority of the time you are required to do many more things to be up and running. Managers are extremely unprofessional. Owner does not care for the employees at all. All the members of the club walk all over the employees and think that they are entitled to everything.
