Some aging facilities, highly reliant on prime shipyards

The individuals who work at Fairlead at all levels are truly amazing people that care about the work they do and want this company to succeed.

In my career, I have never seen a company who places so little value on women and minorities. The company is led by a bunch of "frat bros" who clearly lack basic skills and training. There are no women or people of color in VP-level leadership roles. There are also people who are paid outrageously beyond their level of experience/education, How is this fair and equitable?
